  2. Create a Sodisp account. Instructions will be emailed to you on how to create a free Sodisp account.
*All logging and tracking will be done on Sodisp

  3. Link your move to Sodisp profile with your Garmin, Strava, Fitbit, Coros, Polar and Suunto device. Apple watches can only be linked through phone app.

  4. Start logging your exercising (intentional walk, hike or run) miles on February 1st
Get in as many days of movement as possible and try to “hit” together 28 days

  5. Track your progress on the Sodisp live leaderboard starting Feb. 1st.

HOW TO RECORD AND TRACK YOUR MOVES

  1. The tracking and live leaderboard will be on Sodisp. The leaderboard will be based on the number of days you achieve your daily move. If you streak all 28 days you’re guaranteed to be in 1st place. The more days you achieve your move, the higher your ranking.

  2. How to earn your daily badge. Workout the minimum number of minutes per day to earn the daily badge. Moving with intention means walking, hiking or running for 30 min. It is ok to split the time during the day. Say 15-min walking the dog in the AM and 10-min walking the dog in the afternoon.

  3. What does not count? moving around without intention to work out or move outdoors such as picking up mail from mailbox, doing yard work, etc.?

  4. How to earn the “move outdoors” badges? In order to hit the days together you must record your minimum number of minutes everyday. You can NOT miss a day. If you miss a day your “hit” will reset. However, you are still in the leaderboard for the overall number of days you hike, run or walk in February
